Sweet Chili Salmon Bites

Ingredients

1lb Salmon

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

sprinkle of old bay

1/4c milk

1c fish fry

1c vegetable oil

1 bottle thai sweet chili

Directions

1. Cut fillet salmon into bite-sized chunks. Season salmon to taste. Lightly coat with milk, batter salmon in fish fry.

2. Heat medium sized skillet with oil, lightly fry salmon bites until golden brown on both sides. Remove salmon from oil and transfer to large mixing bowl.

3. Top Salmon with thai sweet chili sauce. Gently toss to coat salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
