Marry Me Chicken

 This Marry Me Chicken isn't just a dish; it's a dish bursting with flavor! The rich, creamy sauce, infused with the vibrant taste of sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese, is sure to win over any heart. A romantic dinner for two, or a crowd pleasing weeknight meal, this recipe is definitely a keeper. 

Ingredients 

4-6 chicken thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp oregano 

2 tbsp thyme

1 tsp paprika

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

chili flakes (optional)

 garnish with parsley 

Instructions

In a skillet with oil and butter, sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown. Remove chicken and place aside. In the same skillet sauté oregano and garlic add more butter if needed. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, and sun dried tomatoes, stir well and bring to a simmer.  Add chicken thighs to sauce and allow to simmer on medium low for an addition 15-20 minutes. Add chlii flakes for a nice kick (optional). Garnish with parsley, serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Serve hot and enjoy!
