Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp olive oil
season to taste
Ingredients for sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Cut steak into thin slices against the grain to ensure steak cooks nice and tender. In a bowl, season steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, corn starch, baking soda, sesame oil, olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic. Let steak marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a pan add oil, and sauté onion, green peppers, and red peppers until translucent. Remove from heat and place aside.
In the same pan, add olive oil and cook marinated steak until tender. Add beef broth, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, brown sugar and veggies, let simmer for 8mins. Serve over white rice. Enjoy
