Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Pizza
You will love this chicken Alfredo pizza recipe because it’s creamy, savory, and packed with flavor. The tender chicken with rich homemade Alfredo sauce is a perfect combo!
Ingredients
1/2 lb Shrimp
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast thin
1pk Stonefire original Naan flat bread
1 .5 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
¼ cups butter
2 cups heavy cream
4oz spinach
4 oz mushrooms
1tbs red chili peppers
2tsp Italian seasoning
2tsp Cajun seasoning
1tbsp garlic minced
Directions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add seasoned chicken breast and cook until brown and fully cooked. Slice into bite sized pieces and set aside. Next sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Cajun and Italian season.
- Spread a layer of alfredo sauce over a stonefire original Naan flat bread Top with mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, and chopped mushrooms. Add another layer of cheese, sliced chicken, another layer of cheese and shrimp.
- Preheat oven to 400F. Carefully transfer pizza to oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and let pizza cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
