Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Pizza

You will love this  chicken Alfredo pizza recipe because it’s creamy, savory, and packed with flavor. The tender chicken with rich homemade Alfredo sauce is a perfect combo!

 Ingredients

1/2 lb Shrimp

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast thin

1pk Stonefire original Naan flat bread

1 .5 cups parmesan cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese

¼ cups butter

2 cups heavy cream

4oz spinach

4 oz mushrooms

1tbs   red chili peppers

2tsp Italian seasoning

2tsp Cajun seasoning

1tbsp garlic minced

 

Directions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add seasoned chicken breast and cook until brown and fully cooked. Slice into bite sized pieces and set aside. Next sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

 

  1. In the same skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Cajun and Italian season.

 

  1. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce over a stonefire original Naan flat bread Top with mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, and chopped mushrooms. Add another layer of cheese, sliced chicken, another layer of cheese and shrimp.

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Carefully transfer pizza to oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and let pizza cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
